What is a Signature Facial?
A Signature Facial is a customized skincare experience designed to refresh, hydrate, nourish, and maintain healthy-looking skin while creating intentional time to relax and reset. These treatments are ideal when your goal is professional maintenance and an elevated ritual rather than a focused corrective program.
How are Signature Facials different from Glass Skin Facials?
Glass Skin Facials are organized into four results-driven pathways addressing dehydration, sensitivity, dullness, uneven tone, congestion, breakouts, fine lines, and loss of firmness. Signature Facials emphasize relaxation, maintenance, nourishment, sculpting, and the overall facial experience. Your esthetician may recommend a Glass Skin Pathway if it better supports your concerns.
Which facial is right for me?
Choose a Signature Facial when your primary goal is relaxation, hydration, routine maintenance, facial sculpting, or event preparation. Choose a Glass Skin Facial for focused support with acne, discoloration, barrier damage, sensitivity, texture, or visible aging. If you are unsure, your esthetician can evaluate your skin and guide you.
Are Signature Facials customized?
Yes. Product selection, hydration support, masks, serums, massage techniques, and finishing products are adjusted to your skin’s condition on the day of your appointment. The defining techniques or modalities of the ritual you reserve will remain central to the experience.
What is included in every Signature Facial?
Every ritual includes professional cleansing, customized preparation, targeted serums, a customized treatment mask, heated aromatic towel therapy, hydration layering, moisturizer, broad-spectrum SPF, and the Ever Enchanted Glass Skin Finish™. Specialized massage, sculpting, microcurrent, cupping, extractions, or body-care elements depend on the service selected.
Will I receive the Glass Skin Finish™?
Yes. Every Signature Facial concludes with the Ever Enchanted Glass Skin Finish™, using a customized mask and intentionally layered hydration to leave the skin looking refreshed, balanced, and luminous.
Can enhancements be added?
Professional enhancements may be added when appropriate for your skin and compatible with your selected ritual. Options may include oxygen infusion, specialty masks, professional infusions, corrective peels, red light therapy, or other modalities. Your esthetician may recommend, modify, or decline an enhancement based on your skin, medications, procedures, and sensitivity.
Are Signature Facials appropriate for first-time clients?
Yes. The Express Glow and other Signature Facial Experiences can be a beautiful introduction to professional skincare. If your concerns would benefit from focused corrective care, your esthetician may recommend a Glass Skin Pathway or consultation.
How often should I receive a Signature Facial?
Many clients enjoy a Signature Facial every four to six weeks. Your ideal schedule depends on your skin, lifestyle, budget, home-care routine, and treatment goals.
Can I book before a special event?
Yes. For a familiar maintenance facial, scheduling approximately three to seven days before an event is often appropriate. First-time clients or clients adding stronger enhancements should book earlier. Avoid trying an unfamiliar active treatment immediately before an important event.
Is there downtime?
Most Signature Facials are designed to provide refreshed, healthy-looking skin with little to no expected downtime. Temporary pinkness or sensitivity may occur depending on your skin, the products used, and any enhancements added.
When can I receive a facial after Botox or filler?
Ever Enchanted requires clients to wait at least 14 days after Botox, dermal filler, or similar injectable treatments. Disclose all recent injections and cosmetic or medical procedures before your appointment.
What about a recent peel, laser treatment, or microneedling?
Wait until your skin has fully healed and your treating provider has cleared you. Recent chemical peels, lasers, microneedling, resurfacing, and other advanced procedures must be disclosed. Your service may need to be modified or postponed.
Can I receive a facial while using retinol or prescription skincare?
Possibly, but disclose all retinoids, exfoliating acids, acne medications, prescriptions, and strong active ingredients. They may increase sensitivity and affect which products, exfoliation methods, or enhancements can be used. You may be instructed to pause certain products.
Can I receive a facial while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Many Signature Facials can be modified, but certain ingredients and modalities may not be appropriate. Disclose pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications, and physician-provided restrictions so the service can be adjusted when necessary.
Can I receive a facial while taking Accutane?
Clients currently taking Accutane are not candidates for many professional facial treatments, peels, exfoliation methods, or advanced modalities. Ever Enchanted requires a consultation and generally requires clients to be off Accutane for at least 12 months before applicable corrective or exfoliating treatments.
Can I receive a facial with a sunburn?
No. Treatment should not be performed on sunburned, peeling, heat-damaged, or actively irritated skin. Ever Enchanted generally requires at least 14 days after a sunburn, with the skin fully healed and no longer irritated.
When should I postpone my appointment?
Contact Ever Enchanted if you have active sunburn or peeling, open wounds, an active cold sore, a contagious skin condition, severe rash or allergic reaction, unexpected swelling or infection, or a recent procedure that has not fully healed.
How should I prepare?
Complete requested forms; disclose medications, allergies, sensitivities, and procedures; avoid excessive sun exposure; follow instructions for pausing active products; and avoid picking or irritating the skin. Bring a list or photos of your home-care products. You may arrive with or without makeup.
What should I expect afterward?
Most clients leave with skin that feels hydrated, refreshed, soft, and luminous. Avoid unnecessary heat, friction, aggressive exfoliation, and new active products immediately after treatment. Wear daily SPF and follow your personalized aftercare.
Why is professional home care recommended?
Your daily routine helps maintain hydration, barrier strength, smoothness, and radiance between appointments. Your esthetician may recommend a simple professional home-care ritual selected for your skin and lifestyle—without creating an unnecessarily complicated routine.
