The 3D Skin Analysis is a professional consultation designed to create a clearer picture of your current skin condition, visible concerns, priorities, and home-care needs. The analysis is $45 and may be applied according to Ever Enchanted's current consultation and treatment policy.

Yes. Your selected pathway creates the direction, but the protocol may be adjusted according to your skin condition, sensitivity, contraindications, and response that day.

Customized does not mean combining every available enhancement into one service. Each treatment is intentionally structured around your primary goal without unnecessarily overwhelming the skin.

Your facial includes the complete protocol listed for the service you book. Advanced enhancements are optional and may include oxygen infusion, corrective peels, specialty infusions, red light therapy, advanced masks, or other professional modalities.

Not every enhancement is appropriate for every client or appointment.

One facial can leave skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and radiant, but long-term correction usually requires consistency. Acne, dehydration, pigmentation, sensitivity, fine lines, and loss of firmness may require a treatment plan, appropriate home care, and progress reviews.

Many clients benefit from treatment every four to six weeks. Corrective programs may require a different schedule according to the protocol and the way your skin responds. Your provider will make a personalized recommendation.

Ever Enchanted requires clients to wait at least 14 days after Botox, dermal filler, or similar injectables. Disclose all recent procedures when booking and again at your appointment.

Clients currently taking Accutane are not candidates for many facial treatments, peels, exfoliation methods, or advanced modalities. Ever Enchanted requires a consultation and generally requires clients to be off Accutane for at least 12 months before applicable corrective treatments.

No. Sunburned, heat-damaged, peeling, or actively irritated skin should not receive a professional facial. Ever Enchanted generally requires at least 14 days after a sunburn, with the skin fully healed and no longer irritated.

Disclose all retinoids, prescription acne products, exfoliating acids, bleaching products, and active ingredients. They may increase sensitivity and affect which treatments can be performed. You may be instructed to pause certain products.

Many services can be modified, but certain ingredients, modalities, and enhancements may not be appropriate. Disclose pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications, and physician-provided restrictions before treatment.

• Complete all consultation and intake forms.

• Avoid excessive sun exposure and arrive without a sunburn.
• Follow instructions for pausing active products.
• Avoid picking or irritating the skin beforehand.
