  • Appointments, Deposits & Booking

    All appointments must be scheduled through our approved booking system. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

    Deposit amounts vary by service and will be clearly displayed at the time of booking. By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the deposit associated with the selected service.

    Deposits are applied toward the total service cost. Any remaining balance is due at the time of service.

    Appointments booked without completing the required deposit will not be confirmed.

  • Medical Disclosure & Safety

    Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, recent treatments, and skin conditions prior to receiving services.

    Ever Enchanted Aesthetics reserves the right to modify, refuse, or reschedule services based on disclosed information or visible skin conditions (including sunburn, irritation, inflammation, or compromised skin).

    Clients who have taken Accutane (isotretinoin) within the last 12 months are not eligible for treatment and must complete a consultation prior to scheduling any services. Appointments booked without proper disclosure will be canceled or converted to a consultation at provider discretion.

    Clients who currently have sunburn, peeling, irritation, open skin, or compromised skin in the treatment area will not be treated and will be required to reschedule once the skin has fully healed.

    Clients who have received Botox, Dysport, or similar injectable treatments must wait a minimum of 14 days before receiving facial services. If booked sooner, the appointment will be rescheduled.

    Ever Enchanted Aesthetics is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed information. Failure to provide accurate disclosure may result in refusal of service and applicable fees.

  • Late Arrivals

    Clients arriving late may have services shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other appointments.

  • Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

    We require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable.

    Clients who cancel without required notice, fail to show for their appointment, arrive too late to complete their scheduled service, or fail to disclose required medical or skin condition information will forfeit their deposit.

    If an appointment must be rescheduled due to disclosed medical concerns (including recent Accutane use, sunburn, irritation, or compromised skin), deposits may be transferred at provider discretion.

    Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or policy violations may result in booking restrictions.

  • Service Timing Requirements

    Clients returning beyond recommended service intervals (typically 4–6 weeks) may require adjusted service time or pricing.

  • Payments & Refunds

    All services are final sale. No refunds are issued for completed services.

  • Program Description Ever Enchanted Aesthetics may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.

  • Client Acknowledgment

    By booking an appointment, submitting an intake form, or receiving services with Ever Enchanted Aesthetics, clients acknowledge that Ever Enchanted Aesthetics has requested relevant medical history, treatment history, medications, and skin condition information necessary for safe service.

    Clients confirm that all information provided is truthful, complete, and accurate. Ever Enchanted Aesthetics is not responsible for adverse outcomes, complications, or service limitations resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

    Clients understand that failure to disclose relevant information (including recent Accutane use, sunburn, injectable treatments, irritation, or compromised skin) may result in refusal of service, rescheduling, or applicable fees at provider discretion.

  • Right to Refuse Service

    Ever Enchanted Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service at any time for safety, health, or policy violations..
